Steps
- Schedule tab → Sending window.
- Set the start hour and end hour. The Next sending window preview shows when the campaign may next send.
- Under Pacing, set the minimum delay between emails in minutes and an optional random extra delay.
Important notes
- Pacing spreads sends across the window instead of firing a block at the top of the hour, which is better for reputation.
- A narrow window plus a low hourly limit can make it impossible to reach your daily limit. The Throughput estimate card shows the maximum currently achievable.
