The Queue tab lists the messages a campaign has created, with counts by state.
States
- Scheduled — planned for a specific time in the future
- Processing — being handed to the sending infrastructure right now
- Sent — accepted for delivery
- Failed — could not be sent after retries
- Cancelled — removed, usually because a stop rule fired
- Bounced — rejected by the recipient's mail server after sending
Steps
- Open the campaign → Queue.
- Check the mix. A healthy active campaign shows scheduled counts falling and sent counts rising during the window.
Important notes
Every scheduled message carries its own send time, spread across the window by pacing. Seeing thousands of scheduled messages is normal immediately after launch.
