How AI personalization works

The path from lead data to a line inside your email.

The flow

  1. You connect an AI provider key and choose a model.
  2. You configure the instructions: level, tone, length, language, and which lead fields the AI may use.
  3. You generate — for one lead, or for the whole audience in the background.
  4. Each generation produces a snippet stored on that lead, with a state of queued, processing, completed or failed.
  5. You review, edit or regenerate on the Results tab.
  6. You insert the personalization token into your subject or body; at send time each lead's snippet replaces the token.
  7. Leads without a snippet use the fallback you chose.

Important notes

  • Generation happens ahead of sending, not during it. A campaign will not stall waiting for the AI.
  • Editing a snippet by hand is permanent for that lead until you regenerate.
