Pause
Click Pause campaign in the campaign header. Scheduled messages stop going out immediately; the queue is kept.
Resume
Click Resume campaign. Sending picks up at the next open moment in the sending window. Messages whose scheduled time has passed are re-planned rather than sent in a burst.
Stop and archive
Archiving from the overflow menu takes the campaign out of the active list. Archived campaigns keep their history and analytics.
Important notes
- Pausing does not remove leads from the campaign and does not reset follow-up waits.
- Deleting a campaign removes its queue permanently; archive instead if you may want the record.
