Safe to change any time
- Adding leads: they are queued for the remaining steps.
- Copy on steps that have not been sent yet.
- Mailbox selection: unsent messages are re-planned across the new set.
Changes that re-plan the queue
Sending days, sending window, timezone, daily and hourly limits, and pacing. MunchReach recalculates the schedule for unsent messages.
Not retroactive
Already-sent messages keep the copy and mailbox they went out with. Already-scheduled messages keep the copy they were rendered with.
Important notes
Pause the campaign if you are making several changes at once, then resume. That avoids partial re-planning between saves.
