Rows are skipped for three reasons only.
Invalid email
The address failed validation and would bounce, which hurts domain reputation.
Duplicate inside the file
The same address appeared more than once in the upload; only the first occurrence is kept.
Already in the workspace
Leads are unique per workspace and email, so an existing lead is not duplicated. The import summary lists each reason with counts so you can reconcile the file.
